2. Package Price (per person, pre tax) for 2025 & 2026:
- Low Season (1 May - 24 Sep): 329 USD
- High Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr & 25 Sep - 18 Dec): 378 USD
- Peak Season (19 Dec - 10 Jan): 394 USD
3. Surcharge for Special Days:
- A compulsory surcharge (pretax) will be applied or stays on the following dates:
+ 30th April; 1st May; 2nd September: 5 USD per person
+ Vietnamese Lunar Tet Holiday (from 30 December to 03 January, Lunar calendar): 10 USD per person (pretax)
4. Terms & Conditions:
- Rates apply for a minimim for 2 persons. A single supplement will be applied for solo travelers.
- Only 25% deposit is required no secure the booking, Payment can be made via our secure Onepay link (a 3.3% bank fee applies for online payments)
- The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at the hotel. We accept cash (USD/VND), credit card (VISA/MasterCard/UnionPay/JCB), and Apple Pay.

- Extension of stay or room upgrades will incur an additional charge.
5. Flexible Cancellation Policy:
- More than 10 days prior to chekc-in: Free cancellation
- 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rate
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rate
- No-show: 25% of total rate
